About the Blog
Over the years, I’ve come to realize that there is a disconnect between professors who write about contracts and the attorneys who draft (and litigate) these contracts for a living. The goal of the blog is to make academic research more accessible to practicing attorneys and to shed light on contract boilerplate—the “crap at the back”—that rarely attracts much attention from contract drafters.
